Tower associations and nominated bays
Parking across Palm Aire is allocated and closely managed, so a contractor bay is granted rather than assumed. Spaces in a Palm Aire tower lot are counted against the units, which leaves nothing spare for a contractor who has not asked. We book a Palm Aire delivery once the association names the space, which stops the driver arriving with nowhere approved to set the unit.
Towers and villa courts across Palm Aire run separately from one another. A Palm Aire arrangement agreed for one building carries no weight at the next, so we confirm each property individually before the route is planned.
Course drainage and turf contracts
The courses through Palm Aire carry regular drainage, bunker and irrigation work, and the crews run out of the maintenance compound. Irrigation replacement alone can keep a Palm Aire crew on the property for a month. We keep Palm Aire units on cart paths and service roads so nothing tracks across irrigated turf.
Those Palm Aire contracts move hole by hole over several weeks. The Palm Aire setup is repositioned at each service call, which saves a crew walking back across the course in the middle of the afternoon.
Balcony, deck and clubhouse phases
Balcony repair, deck resurfacing and painting phases across the Palm Aire buildings run for weeks and put several trades on one site. A Palm Aire unit in the approved bay with a handwashing station beside it covers the whole sequence.
Clubhouse work is the other steady Palm Aire load through the year. We keep the Palm Aire setup on the service side of the building, away from the member entrance, on a standing service day so the office is never chasing us.
